KEY ROLES FOR THE POSITION
1.To grow personal income through the company’s commissions earning structure.
2.Achieving unit and branch business goals through quality sales and superior customer service to clients.
3.Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance.Providing competitive quotations to prospects.
4.Consulting on the most effective cover for a particular need, while taking a number of factors into account.
5.Setting up meetings, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
6.Developing and maintaining good working relationships with intermediaries and existing customers.
7.Introducing new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with intermediaries, existing clients and prospects.
8.Ensuring credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitor's products.
9.Delivering good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDES
1. To carry out daily company database update for new clients
2.To compile a daily report on business progress and hand it in to the management everyday.
3.Manage all daily enquires through phone,email and walk in clients.
4.Carry out other duty that may be assigned by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE INSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing /Public Relations or Business related field.
- Experience Insurance and Banking Sector is an added advantage.
- No criminal record or not currently under investigation for crimes committed.
