1.Make calls to assigned customers to investigate and resolve claims or quality problems. By assuring complaints are handles in a fair and timely manner.
2. Communicate requirements to customers/potential clients.
3. Assist in improving quality by revising customer requirements
4. Assist in promotion and testing new or improved services/products.
5. Work with customers on quality improvement or cost reduction projects.
6. Coordinate any surveys that the firm might need to conduct on their products/services.
7. updating and replying to any queries on social media.
8. Collaborating emails between the shop and customers or potential clients.
9. Visiting disgruntled customer to check where the problem is,if need be.
10. Coordinate deliveries between the shop and customers.
11. Appointment schedules/reminders.
